A home is so much more than just a house. It’s where families are raised, memories are made, and some of life’s biggest chapters begin and end. After over 30 years in real estate, I’ve learned that when someone asks me to help them buy or sell a home, they’re trusting me with much more than a transaction.

That’s something I’ve never taken lightly.

I’m Charles Nell, and I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 individuals and families buy and sell homes throughout Lubbock and West Texas. Those years have given me the experience to understand a changing market, price and position homes, negotiate through difficult situations, help anticipate problems, and manage the countless details that can make all the difference.

That knowledge was earned through decades of experience, and I’d be honored to put it to work for you.

My roots and my family are a big part of who I am. I grew up in Artesia, New Mexico, and came to Lubbock to earn my Accounting degree from Texas Tech University. I fell in love with West Texas and made it home. My wife, Laura, and I raised three wonderful Red Raiders here, and today some of our greatest joy comes from our growing family and grandchildren.

I’m incredibly proud of my heritage and where I came from, the family Laura and I have built, and the values that have shaped my life: faith, family, hard work, keeping your word, and treating people right.

My faith in Jesus Christ is at the heart of how I try to live and serve others. In real estate, that means listening carefully, being honest, protecting your interests, explaining the details, and being there when you need me.

Because after all these years, I still believe real estate is about people first.

Some of the greatest compliments of my career haven’t been about the awards or sales numbers. They’re the calls that come years after a closing: a past client asking me to help them again, referring a close friend, or saying, “Charles, you helped us years ago. Now we’d like you to help our son or daughter.”

That kind of trust means everything to me.
